    Mail manager issues in ITBM

    Answer

    When investigating mail manager issues it is useful to send us the inbound and outbound mail logs for around the same period of time of the issue   To locate these files:

    The mail logs are stored in .txt files. They will have the names Email Service and Outbound Mail Log then the date the log was created with the extension .txt. These may have slightly different names depending on how this service is configured.  The logs are stored under the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder when running the inbound and outbound engines as a service.
