    LANDESK Security and Patch News

    ·       (December 10, 2015) Microsoft has released KB3114373 which is an update for Microsoft PowerPoint 2016. This update makes the following improvements and fixes:
Improves robustness of file save code when you save documents that contain new chart types during coauthoring in PowerPoint 2016.
Renames the "Add-Ins" string to the "Add-ins" string for consistency.
Translates some terms in multiple languages to make sure of the accuracy of the meaning.
    Fixes the following issues:
When you save a presentation by using VBA in PowerPoint 2016, chart data can't be saved.
Some text about document upload errors and digital signatures is unreadable on the Backstage in Office 2016 applications that use the Dark Gray theme.
You can't use the shortcut tkeys (CTRL + ] and CTRL + [) to increase or decrease font size in PowerPoint 2016.
After you merge two presentations in PowerPoint 2016, vertical text alignment setting is lost.
ActiveX controls don't work correctly in the slide show of an IRM-protected presentation in PowerPoint 2016. In addition, the Access content programmatically option is available for an IRM-protected presentation to access the document content programmatically.
