My Response Level won't change when I change the Variation Attributes

    Problem:

    You either log an incident or you have an existing Incident. You change the Variation Attributes (The fields which determine which Response Level should be selected on the Incident) but the Response Level isn't being updated but stays on the same Response Level selected prior to your changing the Variation Attributes.

     

    Outcome:

    This is happening in Service Desk 2016 only and has been logged as problem: 6359.
