    Problem:


    You are seeing the below error message when clicking on a particular Action from a record on any platform of Service Desk


    "The attempt to perform action {ACTION} on {OBJECT} {Ref} failed. Related action {RELATED ACTION} is not available on {OBJECT} {REF}"

    Cause and Solution:


    The reason you are seeing this error message is because you are trying to perform an action on a related Process that doesn't exist on all linked objects.
