The error log entry reads:
'MAILAUDIT_HDW'. at OutBound::ProcessReports
Check for duplicate AUTOEMAILCONFIG & AUTOEMAILMAPPING tables. If all tables owned by dbo, but duplicates for these two tables with (for instance) Helpdesk_user owner, it may be best to change the ownership of all the tables to helpdesk_user, but this would be a decision for the customer. Alternative is to have only a dbo account making changes to the autoemail configuration Tool.
HelpDesk AutoEmail all versions
