    Reference ID not appearing in Incident window

    Answer

    To display the Reference id within the Pane title, open up Object Designer & select IncidentManagement.Incident and doubleclick to bring up the properties window. Ensure the Business Object title attribute is set to Reference Number and the length set to 20.

     

    Also, open up the Object Designer & select IncidentManagement.Incident and doubleclick to bring up the properties window. Click on Touchpaper Console Title Attributes and you can then select the attributes to display - the Reference id can be selected to appear on the application title bar.
