After updating the data model, scheduled reports are returning errors pertaining to old information

Version 2

When changes to the data model file have been made, the Xtraction Task Manager service will need to be restarted. For example, this can occur if the database has been migrated to another server.

TIP: Restarting the Xtraction Alerts service is also good practice in this scenario.

    1. On the Xtraction server, press the Windows key + R to open the 'Run' dialog.

    2. Type Services.msc, and click OK.

    3. Near the bottom of the list of Windows services, find the Xtraction Task Manager service.

    4. Right-click the service and select Restart.
