There are multiple valid licenses available, however, license server assigned out licenses but only displays 1 of them but 2 devices acquired.
There is only 1 license server running.
When 3rd device is introduced, provided a license and then complained of duplicate
License server logs:
Assigned license 679026/1 ("TelnetCE 7.3 VT") to device 112233445566
You may see this line in the license server logs. The mac address 112233445566 will normally be shown if the device cannot get the network status.
Please enable Network Support in emulation parameters and deploy the change to the device
