Scheduled Tasks Failing - "Input string was not in a correct format."

    Scheduled tasks are failing.  Upon reviewing the failed task, you see the error message below:


    System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format.



    The port is missing in the Email Settings within the Xtraction Settings application.  See screenshot below for reference:




    1)  Enter the correct port number (Keep in mind, you may need to work internally with your server admins to determine which port you should be using)


    2)  Send a test email to verify connection.  Click 'OK'


    3)  In Xtraction, re-enable the scheduled task and run it again. 


    NOTE: If the steps above do NOT resolve your issue, I would recommend raising an incident with support.
