Inbound Mail fails to connect to Lotus Domino server

    Inbound Mail fails to connect to the Lotus Domino server with message 'failed to connect for server named (server name) with user name (username)'. The Server name and login details are correct.

    Answer

    Need to make sure that Mail Server and mail account are imap4 enabled and port 143 is open.
