When export a CSV of a query in WebAccess, IE displays error "This page can't be displayed"

    Cause:

    Internet Explorer url address supports 2083 characters tops. When the length of export csv from a query exceeds 2083, the below error pops out.

    This page can't be displayed

    Make sure the web address http://XXXX is correct.

    Look for the page with your search engine.

    Refresh the page in a few minutes.

    This issue happens mostly on non ASCII characters, such as Chinese. You may check the screenshot below, there are 18 attributes in the query and a lot of filters applied. Which makes the query lenghth exceeds 2083 characters easily. So IE browser cannot export the CSV and gives an error.

    Resolution:

    Use Chrome or Firefox browser. Or use less attributes in the query designer. Or use short name of the attribute name.
