Antivirus Scheduled Tasks Setting on Client Not Working

    LANDESK Management Suite 9.X

    LANDesk Management Suite 2016

     

    Problem:

    Unable to set scheduled tasks on the LANDesk Antivirus interface on the managed device. After user sets up an update schedule on the client Antivirus interface, it never takes effect and the actual task happens according to the schedule setup on the core server.

    Cause:

    The LDAV schedules are designed to be controlled by the core server. If schedules are sent from the client side, the times will be overwritten the next time security scan runs.
