Enabler doesn't any longer update packages / How do I connect to Avalanche again?

    ENVIRONMENT:

    • Wavelink Avalanche 5.3
    • Enabler 5.3
    • MC9290

     

    ISSUE:

    Enabler doesn't any longer update packages on MC9290.

    SYMPTOMS:

    • On device it always shows message "Agent not found".
    • Device can be remotely accessed via console and also via TelnetCE.

    CAUSE:

    • Handheld mobile device had incorrect Avalanche Server address

    RESOLUTION:

    • Open Avalanche configuration on Device
    • Manually Configure the device to the correct Server  Address.
    • After manual reconfiguration of Wavelink Enabler server’s IP address on handheld device packages were correctly updated.
