When running the Xtraction UpgradeToV2016.2.exe, a user can encounter the error:
An error occurred: There is no row at position 0.
This error means that Xtraction is not able to locate a matching Administrator user for what was provided.
For example, if your administration user full name is "John Doe, try using your full name instead of a typical username like "jdoe".
Try using the account's full name, in this example "John Doe". This should allow you to upgrade successfully.
