With this configured, any domain user who does not already exist in Service Desk (with a valid network login set) will be logged in to Workspaces as domain\username and a User will be created in Service Desk with a name of 'Domain\Username'.
If this is an issue you can control who can launch Workspaces and automatically login using Authorization Rules on the BridgeIT virtual directory in IIS.
With Authorization rules set to allow users of a specific role or group only users of those groups or roles will be able to launch Workspaces in a browser and be automatically logged in. If the user is not in the Authorization roles or groups then they will be presented with a Windows login dialog box and no user account will be created in Service Desk:
1. Within IIS, highlight the BridgeIT application's virtual directory and then double click on Authorization Rules
