How to solve issue: Bulk Action in Workspaces is slow (takes longer than expected)

    Symptom:

    When execute Bulk actions in Workspaces, the process speed is slow, which takes longer than expected, such as 3-5 minutes or even longer.

    Cause:

    The bulk action poll period is 300 seconds by default in 2016.3.

    Solution:

    Open console - settings - system, set Scheduled Bulk Action Poll Period (Seconds) to '5', which means the poll time is 5 seconds.

    Then restart the service 'Background Service' in configuration center.
