How to display a user's Manager on the Incident window

    Welcome to a tutorial of how to display the Raise User's Manager on the Incident window!

     

    This tutorial will be using the Out of the Box 2016.3 version of Service Desk, so the steps might not be the exact same (for example the Incident window shown in the video may be different than your system) , but the concept is similar enough to be able to follow along to the end.
