    ·         (February 13, 2017) Microsoft has released KB3141495. Translate some terms in multiple languages to make sure that the meaning is accurate.
This update fixes the following issues:
You cannot open some iCal events that are created by an Apple device (for example, iPhone) in Outlook 2013 even if they are supported in Outlook 2013.
When certain attachments are deleted by code (for example, an add-in or a third-party application) from a rich text format (RTF) email message in Outlook 2013, inline images of a signature are misplaced and displayed in unexpected positions.
Assume that Outlook 2013 is subscribed to an Internet calendar that requires your credential. Then, you select the Remember my credentials option in the credential prompt. In this situation, if the password expires, you can't authenticate to the Internet calendar, and you're not prompted to enter the new password.
Object model for conversation objects does not work in online mode in Outlook 2013.
Rules that move email messages inside a date range don't work as expected in Outlook 2013 because they always use UTC time instead of the local time zone. In this situation, email messages received outside the date range (local time zone) may also be moved.
When you accept several meeting requests in Outlook 2013, Outlook 2013 may crash.
After a delegate leaves the company, you can't update the delegates information in Outlook 2013. Meanwhile, you receive the following error message:
The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Cannot activate free/busy information.
When you try to add attachments to a saved draft email message that contains embedded images (such as a signature) in Outlook 2013, "The operation failed" error message appears. This issue occurs after you install MS16-099: Description of the security update for Outlook 2013: August 9, 2016 (KB3115452).
It takes a long time to open an email message that has some Hebrew characters in recipients in Outlook 2016.
Assume that you use an extended MAPI application (Enterprise Vault) to keep a local copy of items (Vault Cache), and the Vault Cache reaches a certain size (4 GB). In this situation, the "0x80040119" error code is displayed and the call of the IMAPIProp::SaveChanges method fails. Therefore, the PST corruption occurs.
