Error opening installation log file when deploying from Management Center

    When deploying packages from the AppSense Management Console, the following status message is observed for computers in the Management Console and the new packages are not installed:

    Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and that you can write to it


    The MSILoggingPath REG_SZ registry value in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppSense Technologies\Communications Agent" contains a folder path that either does not exist or is not writable.

    The MSILoggingPath value is only required when debugging the installation of packages so can be deleted if not required.

    If debugging is required then change the value to point to a folder that does exist on the end-point since the CCA debugging feature does not create the folder if it does not exist.
