    AppSense Environment Manager 8.6

When using the /APPSENSESPECIAL switch to interact with a personalized applications' data, if you specify the full path to the process you wish to impersonate, the command will fail.

EXAMPLE: You may attempt to run the following command:

    cmd.exe /APPSENSESPECIAL:c:\program files (x86)\iexplore.exe: /c "xcopy /s /i %Homedrive%\Profiles\Favorites %USERPROFILE%\Favorites"

    cmd.exe /APPSENSESPECIAL:"c:\program files (x86)\iexplore.exe": /c "xcopy /s /i %Homedrive%\Profiles\Favorites %USERPROFILE%\Favorites"

The /APPSENSESPECIAL switch will not accept the full path to a process, only the process name itself.

You will need to configure this command as follows:

    cmd.exe /APPSENSESPECIAL:iexplore.exe: /c "xcopy /s /i %Homedrive%\Profiles\Favorites %USERPROFILE%\Favorites"
