Network-dependent actions on the Computer Startup trigger fail intermittently

    When configuring actions within Environment Manager policy underneath the "Computer Startup" trigger, you may see these actions fail intermittently if they depend on the network being available to execute successfull.


    When firing the "Computer Startup" trigger, we cannot guarantee whether or not the network will be available during startup.


    As of Environment Manager 8.5, the "Network Available" trigger has been added to address this scenario, and it will not fire until the Network List Manager service reports that the network is in a "connected" state.
