Assignment and Notification Emails Are Not Properly Formatted

    Problem:

    Assignment and notification Emails are not properly formatted. These notifications have been set up within the process and when you display them they're properly formatted. However when the users receive them, line returns are ignored

     

    Solution:

    Check to ensure that the checkbox within the outbound mail settings "Send email as HTML" is not checked.

     

    (HTML ignores line returns unless they're in HTML format)
