CCA Deployment Tool Issue

    Introduction

    When deploying the Client Communications Agent (CCA) using the CCA Deployment Tool you may receive an error message regarding permissions to the downloads directory.

     

    Detail

    It may be that the Security permissions are configured too highly.

    Check the following Policy on the endpoint machine:

    Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment\Deny access to this computer from the network applying to the Guests group.

    1. Remove Guests from the prohibited users

    2. Remove IUSR account from guests group *
