Access Denied when clicking CCA Installation Credentials

    When clicking on the 'CCA Installation Credentials' option within the AppSense Management Console, you receive an error

    Access Denied


    The Reason for this is because the Network Service Account (for which the Management Server Application Pool is running under) does not have sufficient permissions on the server itself.

    Add the 'Network Service' account to the local administrators group on the server
