Session queries fail during forced logoff

    When initiating a forced logoff, Session & Client queries (For example "Published Application Name") fail to evalute.

    The following error is observed in the EMUserLogoff Debug log:

    ERROR: WTSQuerySessionInformation() failed, error code=7007

    This issue does not occur during a normal logoff.



    When EMUserLogoff calls WTSQuerySessionInformation during a forced logoff, the function is not available so an error is returned.

    This is a limitation due to how late in the process the function WTSQuerySessionInformation is called during a forced logoff.

    This is currently being investigated by the AppSense Development team and a solution for this should be available in a future release of Environment Manager.
