    Introduction

    Configurations remain at "Pending Install" after deploying the 8.1.406 Client Communications Agent.

    Detail

    The new 8.1.406 release of the Management Center has a new "Configuration Schedule" within the Installation Schedule options for each deployment group.

    If using an earlier release of the Management Server (up to 8.1.303), with this release of the Client Communications Agent, this is not available within the console, so the Client Communications Agent cannot be configured as required.

    If using the 8.1.406 release of the Management Server, ensure an appropriate schedule for configurations has be configured.

    If using the 8.1.303 or earlier release of the Management Server, there are two solutions:

    1. Upgrade the Management Server to 8.1.406

    2. Downgrade the Client Communications Agent to 8.1.303 or earlier as appropriate.

    Please note, the Client Communications Agent will not downgrade itself, therefor for option 2 above you will need to manually uninstall the 8.1.406 release from the client, and re-deploy the required release.
