Collected Statistics display incorrect date and time

    When viewing collected statistics data within the Performance Manager console, the date/time of the data appears incorrect.


    The console displays the date/times in the time zone of the client it is running on. This is correct. Date and times in the database are always in UTC and rendered to the user in the time zone relevant to the viewer (i.e. not the times in the database).

    This is by Design.
