Citrix Receiver Group Policies are not visible in Environment Manager ADMX/ADML Actions

    Introduction

    When creating a new ADMX or ADML action in Environment Manager after adding the required Citrix Receiver ADMX/ADML Policies into the Policy Folder (The Policy Folder is "C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions" by default, unless specified) you may come across an issue whereby you are unable to view or select any of the Citrix Receiver Group Policies.

     

    Detail

    This issue occurs when the "CitrixBase Policy" (Citrixbase.admx/adml) is missing from the Policy Folder, the Citrix Receiver Group Policy is reliant on the CitrixBase Policy existing in order to be available.

     

    The most recent Citrix Receiver Policy Template can be downloaded from the link below, the package will contain the CitrixBase Policy as well as the Citrix Receiver Policy.
