    Overview

     

    When installing the Mac agent during provisioning there are a few steps that need to be taken to ensure a successful install.

     

    Steps

    1. Create the Configure Agent action under the System Configuration portion of your template and select your agent configuration.
    2. Drag the action to the Post-OS install before the reboot. This is because the agent needs to be installed in this section in order for the template to be picked back up after the machine reboots into the OS.
    3. Next right click the agent action and click properties.
    4. From there add an action variable with a search value of volumename and a replacement value of the name of the volume, very typically this is Machintosh HD.
