SCP logs are sometimes required for troubleshooting problems. They can be enabled by clicking on the instance (e.g. DesktopNow/Management/Management Servers/<SERVER>/<INSTANCE> or DesktopNow/Personalization/Personalzation Servers/<SERVER>/<INSTANCE> or ) and setting Logging to Enabled.
Once the logs are enabled you will find them in the following location on the server - the location is different depending on which version of software you have:
- Version 10.0 - C:\Program Files\AppSense\Server Configuration Portal\Bin\ServerConfiguration.log
- Version 10.1 - C:\ProgramData\AppSense\SCU\ServerConfiguration.log
