Note: For license exchange process please see: How to correct Avalanche license versions
After completing your order you will receive a registration email. Click the registration link within the email.
You will then be taken in your browser to the registration page. Important to note that you have the ability to register some or all of your products via the Quantity to Register box. If you choose to register some of your products you must keep up with the original registration email as the registration link will be the same for registering the rest of you products purchased.
Click Register Products
On the next page you will need to fill out the End User Name information as well as the Licensee Name. It is recommended to keep the Licensee name short and the same as your company name.
Click Next Step
On the next page you will be asked to select your available options. This step is where you choose which version of Avalanche you and Remote Control you are using. This is a common mistake made during registration where clients will pick the wrong version information.
Ex. 6.1 and Remote control, you would choose Avalanche 6.1 + Remote Control 4.1 Combo Pack
On the last page of registration you have the ability to go back and edit your options before finalizing by clicking (change these options). If you are sure of what you have selected click Complete Registration.
On the last page you will see your license information, and you will also receive an email with the same information. In this case you will have four keys. The first key is base for Avalanche, the second Remote Control base, the following two are your maintenance licenses listed in the same order as above.
Now that you have completed your license registration it is time to add your license to Avalanche.
Open your Avalanche Web Console and sign in. Navigate to Tools> Support and Licensing> scroll down> click the plus sign under Installed Licenses
Select Activation key radio button, copy and paste your license key and then click save. Repeat process for all license types. Note: It is not necessary to add maintenance licenses to Avalanche, however you may do so if you are needing of a place to keep up with it.
