Self Service/Software Catalog Not Showing In Workspaces

    Issue

     

    When launching Workspaces, the Self Service Workspace/Launchpad isn't available, or is empty.

     

    The left view is as an End User, the right view is as an Analyst.

    Cause

     

    LDMS Agent Integration hasn't been enabled.

     

    Resolution

     

    Edit the BridgeIT application (default is My.BridgeIT) in Configuration Center and set "Enable LDMS Agent Integration" to True

    Your End Users and Analysts should now have the Self Service Workspace. Left image is End User, right image is Analyst
