    When connecting to the Personalization Server via the Environment Manager Console over HTTPS (443) the connection fails with the following error.

    Exception {System.Net.WebException}

    InnerException {System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException} :

    This error is caused due to the SSL certificate bound to the Environment Manager site being invalid.

    There are several reasons why the certificate would be deemed invalid.

    1. The hostname used in the URL doesn't match the name that's on the certificate. Make sure the URL you're using and the URL on the 'Issued to' field of the certificate are the same
    2. The certificate has expired. Install a valid certificate.
    3. The certificate root authority that issued the certificate is not trusted by the server. Make sure to Install the Root Certificate on the server.
