'New Email' button parameters

    From old forum:

    I am looking to control the parameters for a 'new email' form. When I click the 'New Email' button within a service request, I get the attached new email form. I'd like to have two of those field auto populated:
    From - the user name for which the SR is raised against
    To - a service desk mailbox address

    Any help much appreciated.

    Go to the auto task that controls the New Email button and open\edit the send a Message action.
    The AutoTask Send Mail Action window opens. Right click the fields you want to set up and select insert field. Pick the field you want to use.
