Invalid Username or Password' error when logging to Avalanche 6.x

    When trying to log into the Avalanche Server using LDAP, you receive the message 'Invalid Username or Password.





    Solution / workaround


    Check logs: (You may see a message like below)


    C:\Program Files\Wavelink\Avalanche\log\AvalancheServer


    **2017-06-27 11:14:28,344 INFO  UserAPI  - User login failed:

    LDAP: Server address invalid or not available.



    Check and confirm the username and password are valid, and the user is a member of the local Administrators group on the server.

    The user is also in the same domain as the server

    Check and confirm that you are using the correct domain.

    **In this case the server address was not correct.
