Are you trying to create or use a Crystal Report but it keeps freezing? Or freezes when trying the "insert to report' option for adding a field or a special field (Record Selection Formula)? Are you using dual monitors?
Discovered from web search that CR needs to be open on your main monitor to do the mentioned steps.
For reference sake I am using Call Logging 9.7.1 build 32 with CR version 220.127.116.112
