AutoEmail loop creates many calls in Helpdesk

    Question

    If AE gets in a loop it can log hundreds of calls which then need to be deleted from the database.

    Answer

    Take a full backup of the database before running these statements, and all users logged out of HelpDesk.

     

    The statement is the same each time but needs to be run against the following four tables:

     

    CALL_HDW

    CALASGN_HDW

    GRPASGN_HDW

    ASGNSRLN_HDW

     

    delete from =  '000000000000000xxxxx' and callid_hdw <=  '000000000000000xxxxx'

     

    The first call id is the lowest number call logged by AE and the second is the highest.
