Sever Error happens when access Configuration Center

    Symptom:

    When access configuration center, the page will be redirected to http://SDserver/ConfigurationCenter/Migration

    Error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

    Reason:

    This issue is caused by SSL Certificate is not configured to be LANDESK Secure Token Server.

     

    Resolution:

    1) Access IIS Manager

    2) Highlight Sites

    3) Click on Default Web Site

    4) With Actions, click on Bindings

    5) Within the Window, double click on port 443 and set the SSL Certificate down to be LANDESK Secure Token Server
