Error message while logging into GoldMine "Waiting For Permission to Login"
Typically happens when maintenance is performed the licensegm.bin file is renamed by GoldMine to license.bix so users cannot access the product while maintenance is running. In this case the maintenance failed and therefore the file did not get renamed back to licensegm.bin causing the persistent message "Waiting for permission to login"
1. Navigate to the server C:\Programdata\GoldMine and locate the file called licensegm.bix
At this point your and other GoldMine users can login.
