Issue pasting from clipboard in Self Service role

    When users try to paste from clipboard in the Self Service role when  creating an issue, it first asks them to save the issue to proceed.  However, after saving the issue, the control does not have the option to  paste from clipboard.


     


    Resolution

    In Configure Application > Business Objects > Incident, select the Forms breadcrumb

    Open the Incident.WebSelfService.Edit form

    Click on the Attachment Control. The Control Properties will enable.

    From there, you'll see a Name and Value column. Where the Name is "Allow Paste", change the value from False to True and Save.



    Save the change made to the form

    Refresh the browser or log in with Self Service Role again and open any existing active Incident

    You should now be able to paste
