When trying to reply to an incoming email from the Incident view, we are receiving the following error:
Unhandled system exception: The given key is not present in the dictionary. Key "(newcli1)"
1. Open incident in form view
2. Select the activity history tab
3. Open an incoming email
4. Press the reply button in the edit email window
5. Page starts to load then (error is presented)
This issue is due to a since-corrected bug from 2015.1.2 that left corrupt records in the Journal table in the database, and can be fixed via the following script.
