    What is the 'Rank' row in the Universal Search Feature?

    The ranking system is similar to a Google search in the internet.  
    The values are an internal data and can differ from search to search, because of this they are not relevant to the rank itself. 
    This means that the rank value 144 or 32 are not important but their 'position' or  'order' in the actual search is relevant for the user because the higher the value in the rank, then the better the match of the given search criteria.
