How can I hide "Report an Issue" button from Self Service? Is it possible?
Log in as an Administrator and click on Configure Application
On the left hand navigator, click on Users and Permissions
Click on Roles and Permissions
Scroll down to and click on Self Service
On the Role Details, deselect the "Show "Report and Issue" button"
Save your changes
Refresh the client
Log in as Self Service role and verify button is removed
