How to clear a ghost call from the system

    This article explains how to remove a call that did not properly close from the system.



    1. Open the Management Console and login.
    2. Click on Voice Server and select the Application Contexts Tab.
    3. You can identify the 'ghost' call by the time stamp. The ghost call is normally the longest running call in the system.
    4. When you have identified the call you can either clear it from the Calls or Application contexts tab by right clicking the call and choosing kill application.
