This article explains how to remove a call that did not properly close from the system.
- Open the Management Console and login.
- Click on Voice Server and select the Application Contexts Tab.
- You can identify the 'ghost' call by the time stamp. The ghost call is normally the longest running call in the system.
- When you have identified the call you can either clear it from the Calls or Application contexts tab by right clicking the call and choosing kill application.
