Voice mail \ Call recording file locations are specified in a couple different locations.
Voice Recordings of daily calls are kept in a directory specified in the Quality Management section of the Management Portal,
Recording Configuration. Here is where the directory location will be specified.
Voice mail, Voice mail Attachment will be specified in the application, call block “Record File”
In the Record File properties, the directory location will be specified for the recordings. This will typically be a shared network resource allowing for the attachment and link to a Heat Ticket.
