Email Listener is not creating an incident with the error "service desk is not in the validation list"

    This can be caused if the services used by the application have been changed/renamed.

    In this case the Service "Service Desk" was renamed.




    To correct
    1. Open the Administrator
    2. Go to Business Objects >> Incident >> Business Rules
    3. Go to Initialization rules
    4. Note that the Service has been set to a value that is not in the validation list..
        Change the Business Rule to use the desired correct Service.
