    No data is available in the monthly calendar when printing.


    Resolution

     

    1. Select GoTo >> Reports >> Reports.
    2. Select the GoldMine Reports folder.
    3. Select the Calendar Printouts folder.
    4. Right-click on Monthly - Daytimer and select Properties.
    5. Select the Options tab.
    6. Make sure the correct username is selected for the person the calendar printout is for.
    7. Change the date to the desired date range for example from 12/1/2014 to 12/31/2014.
    8. Select all selections for "Include Activities" and "Detail Text".
    9. Select OK.
    10. Right-click on the Monthly - Daytimer report and select Print.
    11. On the Print Report screen, print report to Printer and select OK.
