IMPORTANT: All users must be logged out of GoldMine and you need to have a fresh backup of the GoldMine database before proceeding. GoldMine Technical Support recommends to perform the following from the GoldMine interface with master rights 1. Login to GoldMine and run Maintenance from Tools > Databases > Maintain Database 2. Choose Individual Tables 3. Check SYSLOG table > NEXT 4. Rebuild & Pack only 5. Finish 6. Now log into GoldMine and test (the behavior that once caused the errors) Alternatively on the MS SQL database back end: 1. Open SQL Server Management Studio and locate the GoldMine database 2. Expand the GoldMine database, expand the dbo.SYSLOG table and locate the "Indexes" 3. Delete the Indexes for the SYSLOG table (right-click and "delete") 4. Now right-click on the "Indexes" folder and select "Rebuild all" 5. Verify that all indexes are rebuilt 6. Now log into GoldMine and test (the behavior that once caused the errors)
