Can we include a wildcard when searching for service request templates?

    When you create a Service Request, once a Customer is selected, a list of Service Request Templates is displayed. There is a Search box to search through those templates.


    When searching for a Service Request Template when logging a Service Request, you may not recall the full name of the Template that you need. We do support the use of an asterisk (*) as a wild card when performing your search.

    Example: Type in: Gen*

    This will return all results that contain the words General, Generic, etc.
