There are times when an automated email will be sent to your email listener or an out of office reply will be sent. You do not want to generate new records for these and want to ignore those emails.
Here are the steps to take to prevent unwanted email from creating records:
- Log into the AdminUI
- Click on Email Configuration
- Click on Servers
- Click on the child panel 'Ignore Message with Subject'
- Add keywords that you want to filter out and prevent from creating records
